1. Products & Delivery
Bespoke Word Ministry provides the following product types:

Physical Products: Such as printed books, which may be sold separately or included with a digital purchase
Digital Products
Once payment has been successfully processed, digital products will be made available for download immediately via your user account or a confirmation email.
Physical Products
If your order includes a book or other tangible product, it will be dispatched to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided where available.
2. Usage Rights
When you purchase a product from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or ministry use only.
You may not:

3. Payments
All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
By purchasing, you confirm that:

4. Refund & Return Policy
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been granted or files downloaded.
Physical Products (e.g., Books):
All book sales are final and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If this is the case, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. Include your order number and a photo of the issue when contacting support.

5. Limitation of Liability
Bespoke Word Ministry is not liable for:
